3 Sessions (2 hours/session) | Total of 6 hours

Kids will learn how to make their own clothes even with no experience! Starting from how to take measurements, drawing out their own pattern drafts and how to cut and sew a Flowy Handkerchief Skirt! Take-home notes included.

What You Will Learn

  • How to create a skirt with an elastic waistband
  • Finishing techniques and hemming
  • How to operate and handle a sewing machine
  • How to lay and cut fabric correctly

Important note

  • Sewing machines, tools and materials are included.
  • For ages 8 - 16.
  • This class does not cover how to thread and operate the sewing machine. Register our  Kids Fashion Sewing 101 Class to learn how to thread and operate the sewing machine. 
  • Dear Parents & Guardians, if you would like to sit in the class with your kids, you may do so at an add-on fee of $5/session. However, no additional materials will be provided.

Classes start on time, please arrive 5 minutes earlier if possible.
