Fundamentals of Crochet (Level 1) by Handeecrafts

Never crocheted before? Want to learn basic techniques to start crocheting any beginner project? This is the workshop for you!

Learn the basics of crochet in a small group setting, so that you get immediate feedback, tips and tricks on how to crochet. We will start with how to hold the yarn and the crochet hook, then move on to practise basic stitches. Next, learn how to read written patterns and some common finishing techniques. This would set you up with useful skills required for many crochet projects.

If time permits, we will use all the skills taught to make a cute coaster for you to bring home.

All materials, such as hooks, yarn, needles and stitch markers would be provided for in-house use. You can take home all finished items!

What You’ll Learn:

• Fundamentals of crochet
• Basic stitches (chain, magic ring, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, decrease, invisible decrease)
• Reading written patterns

Classes start on time, please arrive 5 minutes earlier if possible.
